These scenarios describe the review workflow we are developing. They are not automated findings or a statement of currently supported detection coverage.

Pipe size and material

A changed diameter or material note can affect the pipe, fittings and installation assumptions used in the estimate.

Review in context

Read the full note and the applicable specification; the line on the plan may look unchanged.

Fixture and valve scope

Revised fixture tags, valve requirements or connection details can change the items you need to price.

Review in context

Compare the plan with the fixture schedule and detail references, including relocated or deleted items.

Pumps and water heaters

An equipment substitution may change the connection arrangement, accessory requirements or division of work.

Review in context

Check the equipment schedule, associated details and coordination notes before assuming the replacement is equivalent.

Start with the right documents.

Bring the original and revised plumbing plans, riser diagrams, fixture and equipment schedules, legends, specifications and issued addenda. Include scope notes that describe connections, demolition and work assigned to other contractors.

Is plumbing review available today?

Are HVAC hydronic piping and fire sprinklers included?

Those scopes can overlap contractor boundaries, but they require their own review coverage. Describe the systems you bid when registering interest. Fire sprinkler support is not currently announced.

Will a drawing comparison catch every material change?

A drawing alone is not enough. Material and connection requirements can change in specifications or addendum text, so the proposed workflow includes those sources and keeps human verification in place.
